Job Description:
1. Excellent Communication skills.
2. Very good experience in Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling Interviews, Follow-ups the candidates, Maintaining Trackers.
3. Good relation with candidates & management, ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
4. Understanding and analyzing the requirement for different levels, Should be able to priorities, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
5. Should have experience in Different job portals & social Media(LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
